Real People, Real Financial Growth

We started Rhoditeves because too many Australians were struggling with basic money management. Not because they weren't smart enough, but because nobody taught them practical skills that actually work in everyday life.

Our team has spent years figuring out what really helps people build confidence with their finances. We focus on small steps that lead to lasting change, not quick fixes or unrealistic promises.

Why We Do This Work

Back in 2019, we noticed something troubling. Smart, hardworking people were making decent money but still felt completely lost when it came to managing their finances. They'd tried apps, read articles, even attended seminars — but nothing seemed to stick.

The problem wasn't lack of information. It was that most financial education was either too academic or too focused on selling products. People needed practical skills they could actually use, taught in a way that made sense for their daily lives.

So we started small. A few workshops in Launceston, focusing on real scenarios our participants faced. Instead of theoretical examples, we worked through actual budgets, real debt situations, and honest conversations about money stress.

Our Approach

We believe financial education should be practical, accessible, and free from sales pressure. Every program we design is tested with real participants to make sure it actually helps people build confidence with their money decisions.
